Loan Officer / Lending Relationship Manager

A Luminati loan officer is called a Lending Relationship Manager (LRM) and is responsible for the origination of residential and/or commercial mortgage loans. The Loan Officer is the person most responsible for the overall customer service experience. In cooperation with the Production Manager, the LRM cultivates referral relationships to build and maintain a pipeline of quality mortgage loans. The Loan Officer works closely with the Loan Coordinator and Marketing Assistant to ensure timely closings and capture the maximum number of referral and repeat customers. Generous commission split. Mortgage Loan Processor / Loan Coordinator

A Luminati loan processor is called a Loan Coordinator (LC). The LC's primary responsibility is closing quality mortgage loans in a timely fashion. Required skills include a can-do attitude, efficient time management, pleasant and helpful phone and customer service manners, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work toward a goal with minimal supervision. Candidate must work well under pressure and accept direction and constructive comments quickly and with a positive attitude. Multi-lingual a plus. Prior processing experience is necessary.
